DAILY TARIFFS

On a 5-6 day safari we mostly use one campsite. On a longer 8-10 day safari we would stay in two or more different sites. Much depends on early booking in order to reserve space in the Moremi Game Reserve.
Each safari is quoted individually after ascertaining length of stay and number of persons, areas visited, etc.. Children are welcome provided that they are in one single party. A 30% deposit is required to confirm a reservation and the balance has to be paid 6 weeks before the departure date. Prices are quoted in United States Dollars. Please note that the daily tariff includes the day of arrival and day of departure. Staff are despatched the day before with all the equipment to set up camp for your arrival the next day.

The Daily Safari Tariffs Include

   All accommodation while on safari
   All meals
   All alcoholic drinks and beverages provided on safari
   Laundry where possible
   The services of a licenced Professional Guide
   All activities such as game-viewing, bird-viewing, dugout excursions, etc..

Excluded from the Tariff are

   National Park or Community fees
   10% Government VAT (Value-added Tax)
   Medical evacuation
   Accommodation in Maun or such centres
   Air charters where rquired.
